Medical Assistant responsibilities include phlebotomy, EKG, and lab maintenance. You must be highly skilled at drawing blood. You will measure and record patient vital signs; record the patient interview and medical history in our EMR system. You will also maintain supplies, stock and sterilize instruments; practice OSHA safety standards; and perform accurate, legal, and ethical documentation at all times. Our Medical Assistants are also cross-trained to answer telephones, make appointments, submit prescriptions to pharmacies electronically. We are looking for team players to get along well with co-workers and pitch in when needed. Compassion is essential in dealing with patients.

Our Pharmacy Technician is responsible for assisting with the practice of pharmacy in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will be responsible for using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions, while ensuring compliance to the company’s policies and procedures. You will also maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level: anticipating needed medications and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; removing outdated drugs. Pharmacy Technicians engage patients by offering assistance, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive patient experience.

Requirements
For all Job Applicants
- Spoken and written fluency in English & Spanish.
Creole and other languages in addition to English & Spanish, are
a plus! - Ability and willingness to travel to assist in covering at our other locations.
- EMR system experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a heart of compassion and empathy towards our patients and families.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, time management skills and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with team members, including physicians and other clinicians, market leaders, center managers, nurses, case managers, front desk staff, center managers, and market leaders.
